New Year’s day 2008 - Sherborne and surrounds.

A short afternoon cycle ride along the Sandford Orcas road, up past Sherborne golf club, through Poyntington and Oborne and then back to Sherborne.

A sign of spring, the first Celandine of the year!

This was an unusual sight at Oborne. A Little Egret perched on an overhead cable.
