30 November 2008 - Barwick

A very cold Sunday morning cycle ride passing through Barwick.

Not a very good image as it was taken with my mobile phone camera. I had spotted on my map something called “Jack the treacle eater (Archway)”. I was curious so took a detour off the road up a track to see what it was. It marks the eastern boundary of the Barwick Park estate. It was built about 1775. Follow this link for more information.
