Our first stop on our short trip to Normandy in March 2017. It had been quite a misty crossing of the Channel.

The lighthouse and coastguard station at Cap de Carteret. It was quite misty here as well.

I liked the ethereal effect of the light and the mist but this photograph did not really capture the full effect.
