Another leg of our Dorset Coast path walk. This section was from Kimmeridge bay to Rope Lake Head (our finish point the previous week). We then walked back to Kimmeridge and on to the cliff tops above Tyneham.

The information board says that this is probably the oldest continually producing well site in the UK. Opened in 1959 it produces 80 barrels of oil a day.

Nice light on Gad Cliff. These are the cliffs on the Downs above Tyneham. The highest point was our final destination on this leg.
