September 2017 - My first visit to Hartland Quay and certainly not my last. Hartland Quay is on the Atlantic Coast of north Devon about 12 miles north of Bude.

The shoreline here is very rocky and must have been quite a danger to the old ships prior to echo sounders.

I spent quite a bit of time trying to capture the sunset over the water and rocks. This is my favourite shot.

A few pictures from a short visit. No nice sunset this time and the tide was a bit too high.
